138例低出生体重儿0~2周岁营养性疾病发生及转归

Incidence and outcome of nutritional diseases in 138 low birth weight infants aged 0-2 years

目的了解松江浦南地区低出生体重儿营养性疾病发生情况及转归,以期为今后儿童保健工作中更合理地对低出生体重儿家长进行指导和健康教育。方法选取2015年10月至2020年9月出生的138例在松江浦南地区4所地段医院儿保门诊建册体检的低出生体重儿为研究对象,分4个年龄段进行随访,将营养性疾病发生情况制表分析。结果低出生体重儿营养性疾病发生及转归基本符合追赶性生长的规律,肥胖及体重超重与营养不良婴幼儿在2周岁内均占比较高,呈现两极分化。结论在今后的儿童保健工作中应加强个体化指导,以期低出生体重儿得到合理的追赶性生长。

Objective To understand the occurrence and outcome of nutritional diseases in low birth weight infants in Punan area of Songjiang,so as to provide more reasonable guidance and health education for parents of low birth weight infants in the future child care work.Methods A total of 138 low birth weight infants born between October 2015 and September 2020 were selected as the research objects,who were registered for physical examination in the child care clinics of four district hospitals in Punan area of Songjiang.Follow up was conducted in 4 age groups,and the occurrence of nutritional diseases was tabulated and analyzed.Results The occurrence and outcome of nutritional diseases in low birth weight infants were basically in line with the law of catch-up growth,and obese and overweight infants and malnourished infants accounted for a high percentage within 2 years of age,presenting a polarization.Conclusion Individual guidance should be strengthened in the future work of child care,so that low birth weight infants can get reasonable catch-up growth.
