摘要
目的探究高频振荡通气联合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月鱼台县人民医院小儿一科收治的96例胎粪吸入综合征新生儿为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为参照组(48例)和试验组(48例)。参照组给予高频振荡通气治疗,试验组在参照组基础上联合猪肺磷脂注射液治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果治疗后试验组患儿动脉血二氧化碳分压低于参照组,动脉血氧分压高于参照组,机械通气时间及住院时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。与参照组相比,试验组并发症总发生率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新生儿胎粪吸入综合征治疗中,高频振荡通气联合猪肺磷脂注射液可发挥显著优势。
Objective To explore the effect of high frequency oscillation ventilation combined with Poractant Alfa Injection in the treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome.Methods A total of 96 neonates with meconium aspiration syndrome in the First Department of Pediatrics,Yutai County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(48 cases)and experimental group(48 cases)by the random number table method.The reference group was treated with high frequency oscillation ventilation,while the experimental group was treated with high frequency oscillation ventilation combined with Poractant Alfa Injection.The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared.Results The level of arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide of experimental group was lower than that of reference group,the level of arterial partial pressure of oxygen was higher than that of reference group,the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization were shorter than those of reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of experimental group was lower than that of reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High frequency oscillation ventilation combined with Poractant Alfa Injection plays a significant advantage in the treatment of neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome.
