阿奇霉素联合小儿咳喘宁口服液治疗肺炎支原体感染所致哮喘患儿的临床效果

Clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Xiao’er Kechuanning Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with asthma caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection

目的探讨阿奇霉素联合小儿咳喘宁口服液治疗肺炎支原体感染所致哮喘患儿的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月菏泽市牡丹人民医院收治的60例肺炎支原体感染所致哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组予以阿奇霉素治疗,观察组予以阿奇霉素联合小儿咳喘宁口服液治疗。比较两组治疗效果、肺功能指标及过敏反应指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项肺功能指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数、免疫球蛋白E及嗜酸性细胞阳离子蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合小儿咳喘宁口服液治疗肺炎支原体感染所致哮喘患儿的临床效果较好,可有效提高患儿肺功能,改善过敏反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Azithromycin combined with Xiao’er Kechuanning Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with asthma caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.Methods A total of 60 children with asthma caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Mudan People’s Hospital of Heze City from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,and the observation group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Xiao’er Kechuanning Oral Liquid.The therapeutic effect,pulmonary function indexes and allergic reaction indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary function indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the eosinophil count in peripheral blood,immunoglobulin E and eosinophil cationic protein levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Azithromycin combined with Xiao’er Kechuanning Oral Liquid has good clinical effect in the treatment of children with asthma caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,which can effectively improve the lung function and allergic reaction of children,and is worthy of popularization and application.
