Application effect of multi-stage combined with multi-form nursing notification in obstetric ward

目的探讨多阶段结合多形式护理告知在产科病房中的应用效果。方法选取2020年4月至2022年4月青岛大学附属山东省妇幼保健院产科病房收治的110例产妇作为研究对象,2020年4月至2021年4月收治的产妇作为对照组,2021年5月至2022年4月收治的产妇作为研究组,每组各55例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用多阶段结合多形式护理告知。比较两组心理状态、自护能力及护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组自护能力各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多阶段结合多形式护理告知可有效改善产妇心理状态、提高自护能力及护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of multi-stage combined with multi-form nursing notification in obstetric ward.Methods A total of 110 parturients admitted to the Obstetric Ward of Shandong Maternal and Child Health Hospital Affiliated to Qingdao University from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.Parturients admitted from April 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the control group,and parturients admitted from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given multi-stage combined with multi-form nursing.The psychological state,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the self-care ability scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-stage combined with multi-form nursing notification can effectively improve maternal psychological state,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
