全程护理干预在接受流感疫苗接种儿童中的应用

Application of whole-course nursing intervention in children receiving influenza vaccination

目的探讨全程护理干预在接受流感疫苗接种儿童中的应用。方法选取2021年6月至2022年6月在山东颐养健康集团肥城医院接受流感疫苗接种的180例儿童作为研究对象,按照随机信封法分为对照组与实验组,每组各90例。对照组予以常规护理,实验组予以全程护理干预。比较两组接种配合优良率、接种儿童监护人工作评价、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果实验组接种配合优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组接种儿童监护人工作评价得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论接受流感疫苗接种的儿童应用全程护理干预可提高儿童配合度,降低不良反应发生风险,有助于提高家长疫苗接种认知程度及护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application of whole-course nursing intervention in children receiving influenza vaccination.Methods A total of 180 children who received influenza vaccination in Feicheng Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group using the random envelope method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received whole-course nursing intervention.The excellent rate of vaccination cooperation,the work evaluation of guardians of vaccination children,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The excellent rate of vaccination cooperation in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation scores of guardians of vaccination children in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course nursing intervention for children receiving influenza vaccination can improve their cooperation,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and help improve parents’awareness of vaccination and nursing satisfaction.It is worth promoting.
