家庭合作照顾护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果

Application effect of family cooperative nursing in children with bronchopneumonia

目的探讨家庭合作照顾护理在支气管肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年8月南京医科大学附属南京医院收治90例的支气管肺炎患儿,根据随机数字表法分为参照组和实验组,每组各45例。参照组采用常规护理,实验组采用家庭合作照顾护理。比较两组肺功能指标、症状改善时间及家属满意度。结果护理后,实验组第一秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量及一秒率均高于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组咳嗽、发热、气促和肺部啰音改善时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。实验组家属总满意度高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论支气管肺炎患儿采用家庭合作照顾护理可有效改善患儿肺功能及临床症状、提高家属满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of family cooperative nursing in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received family cooperative nursing.Pulmonary function indexes,symptom improvement time and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vital capacity in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The improvement time of cough,fever,shortness of breath and pulmonary rales in the experimental group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family cooperative nursing can effectively improve the pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of children with bronchopneumonia,and improve the satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of clinical application.
