综合口腔护理对龋病患儿口腔健康及口腔行为能力的影响

Effect of comprehensive oral nursing on oral health and oral behavioral ability of children with caries

目的探讨综合口腔护理对龋病患儿口腔健康及口腔行为能力的影响。方法选取在曲阜市口腔医院2021年1月至2022年12月就诊的80例龋病患儿,根据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组。对照组(40例)开展常规护理,观察组(40例)开展综合口腔护理,比较两组口腔健康、口腔行为能力。结果干预后观察组龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数低于对照组,探针深度短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组每次刷牙时间3 min以上、每天刷牙3次以上、使用颤动法刷牙占比高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对龋病患儿开展综合口腔护理干预,能够改善口腔健康状况及口腔行为。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive oral nursing on oral health and oral behavioral ability of children with caries.Methods A total of 80 children with caries treated in Qufu Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.The control group(n=40)was given routine nursing,and the observation group(n=40)was given comprehensive oral nursing.The oral health and oral behavioral ability of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the sulcus bleeding index and plaque index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the probing depth was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the proportions of brushing teeth for more than 3 minutes each time,brushing teeth for more than 3 times a day,and brushing teeth using vibration method in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive oral nursing intervention for children with caries can improve oral health status and oral behavior.
