导乐分娩镇痛仪联合导乐陪伴护理在阴道试产初产妇中的应用

Application of Doula labor analgesia instrument combined with Doula accompanying nursing in vaginal trial delivery of primiparas

目的分析导乐分娩镇痛仪联合导乐陪伴护理在阴道试产初产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3月至2023年2月于单县东大医院进行阴道试产的102例初产妇,根据随机数字表法分为研究组(51例)与对照组(51例)。对照组接受常规助产护理,研究组在对照组的基础上采用导乐分娩镇痛仪联合导乐陪伴护理,比较两组产程、疼痛情况及阴道分娩成功率。结果研究组第一产程与第二产程短于对照组(P<0.05),两组第三产程比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组潜伏期、活跃期的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组阴道分娩成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论导乐分娩镇痛仪联合导乐陪伴护理应用于阴道试产初产妇中能够缩短产程,降低疼痛程度,提高阴道分娩成功率。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Doula labor analgesia instrument combined with Doula accompanying nursing in vaginal trial delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 102 primiparas who underwent vaginal trial delivery in Shan County Dongda Hospital in Heze City from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into study group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine midwifery nursing,and the study group was given Doula labor analgesia instrument combined with Doula accompanying nursing on the basis of the control group.The stages of labor,pain and vaginal delivery success rate were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage of labor and the second stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain scores of the study group in the latent period and active period were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of vaginal delivery in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doula labor analgesia instrument combined with Doula accompanying nursing in vaginal trial delivery of primiparas can shorten the labor process,reduce the degree of pain,and improve the success rate of vaginal delivery.
