预防性护理联合细节护理在小儿发热中的应用效果

Application effect of preventive nursing combined with detailed nursing in children with fever

目的研究预防性护理联合细节护理在小儿发热中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年11月菏泽市牡丹人民医院儿童发热门诊接诊的发热患儿400例,遵循抛硬币法分为对照组、研究组,每组各200例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,研究组患儿给予预防性护理联合细节护理,比较两组的体温、不良事件、不良情绪、护理满意度。结果研究组患儿护理后体温低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件总发生率为1.00%,低于对照组的7.50%(P<0.05)。研究组家属护理后不良情绪评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组家属总满意度(99.00%)高于对照组(92.50%)(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理联合细节护理有助于患儿家属改善不良情绪,对患儿体温控制有积极意义,家属满意度高,患儿不良事件发生率低。

Objective To study the application effect of preventive nursing combined with detailed nursing in children with fever.Methods A total of 400 cases of fever children were selected admitted to Pediatric Fever Outpatient Clinic of People’s Hospital of Mudan,Heze from January 2021 to November 2022.They were divided the into control group and the research group by following the coin-flip method,with 200 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given preventive nursing combined with detailed nursing.Body temperature,adverse events,adverse mood and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the body temperature of the children in the research group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in the research group was 1.00%,which was lower than 7.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Family members in the research group had lower scores of adverse emotions after nursing than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction in the research group(99.00%)was higher than that in the control group(92.50%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing combined with detailed nursing can help the family members improve the bad mood,has a positive significance for the control of the children’s body temperature,with high family satisfaction and low incidence of adverse events in children.
