城市老年建筑空间环境设计分析

Analysis of the Space Environment Design of Urban Elderly Buildings

随着科技、经济持续化发展,我国人口老龄化问题逐渐凸显。由于老龄化人口群体不断壮大,符合老年人生活需求的建筑逐渐成为建筑领域发展方向,该类建筑与其他建筑物相比,功能区分布、环境设计等存在较大差异,整体风格和布局更符合老年人审美和视觉需求。因此,在进行城市老年建筑空间环境设计时,会从色彩、材质、人文环境、文化等角度入手,围绕老年人的视觉生理特征和心理特征,挖掘其真正需求。本文以实际案例为基础,结合该案例总结设计主要因素和注意事项,旨在为我国城市老年建筑空间环境设计创新发展提供更多借鉴。

With the continuous development of science and technology and economy,the aging problem of China's population is gradually prominent.Due to the growing size of the aging population,the buildings that meet the living needs of the elderly have gradually become the development direction of the construction field,and the number of buildings that meet the needs of the elderly is increasing.Compared with other buildings,this kind of buildings has great differences in functional area distribution and environmental design,and the overall style and layout are more in line with the aesthetic and visual needs of the elderly.Therefore,in the design of the architectural space environment for the urban elderly,we will start from the perspectives of color,material,cultural environment,culture and so on,and explore the real needs of the visual physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly.Based on the actual case,this paper summarizes the main design factors and matters needing attention,aiming to provide more reference for the innovative development of urban elderly building space environment design in China.
