乡村闲置空间再生设计研究——以西安毛湾村闲置空间为例

Rural Idle Space Regeneration Design Research--Taking Maowan Village in Xi'an as an Example

城镇化的快速发展导致我国乡村人口大量涌入城镇,使得乡村诸多空间出现闲置的现象。乡村闲置空间的再生利用在促进乡村振兴、保护乡村环境、推动可持续发展等多方面具有重要意义。基于此,阐述了乡村闲置空间的构成与特征,并以毛湾村闲置空间为例,对乡村闲置空间再生设计进行研究,提出集约利用与多功能整合;乡村保护与传统文化传承;环境保护与生态恢复;社区参与合作发展的策略方式,为我国乡村地区闲置空间的再利用提供参考。

The swift progression of urbanization has precipitated a considerable surge in the migration of rural inhabitants to urban areas,thereby causing a plethora of unutilized spaces in rural regions.The reuse of these idle rural spaces bears significant import in advancing rural revitalization,safeguarding the rural environment,and promoting sustainable development.Accordingly,this paper explicates the composition and traits of idle rural spaces,and scrutinizes the regeneration design of idle spaces in Maowan Village as a case study,proffering tactics for intensive use and multifunctional integration,rural preservation and traditional cultural retention,environmental conservation and ecological rehabilitation,and community participation and cooperative development.The findings of this study serve as a valuable reference for the reuse of idle rural spaces in China.
