“数商”是农村电子商务的升级提法,“兴农”包括兴农业和兴农民两个方面,“数商兴农”工程就是以农村数字商务促进乡村振兴、助力数字乡村建设、提升农民数字化应用能力、促进乡村经济发展的一项工程。近年来,“数商+产业融合”发展良好,但是在“数商兴农”工程推进农村三大产业融合发展的过程中还存在农村数字商务应用水平不高,农业产业链短、农业多功能开发不足,农产品品牌建设欠缺的问题,对此,要通过加强农村数字商务基础建设,延伸农业产业链、拓展农业多功能开发,加强政策支持、激发产业发展内生动力等路径助力“数商兴农”工程推进农村三大产业融合发展。
