摘要
深化“产教融合、校企合作”是培养土木工程专业复合型、技能型、创新型人才的重要举措之一。通过查阅文献,发现学者们对产教融合的政策、人才培养模式及体系构建研究较多,而鲜有研究在实际教学中如何与产业紧密连接。若不能在教学中深度融合“产业”,产教融合将无法实现其意义。因此,从教学方法改革这一角度出发,运用混合式教学,构建学校老师、企业老师、学生三位一体的线上线下教学模式,增强产业与教学之间的联系,深化企业与学校的合作,提高学生对行业发展的敏感度,从而达到产教融合的目标。
Deepening the"integration of production and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises"is one of the important measures to cultivate composite,skilled and innovative talents in civil engineering.Through literature review,it is found that scholars have done more studies on the policy,personnel training model and system construction of the integration of industry and education,but few studies on how to closely connect with the industry in actual teaching.If we cannot deeply integrate"industry"in teaching,the integration of production and education will not realize its significance.Therefore,from the perspective of teaching method reform,blended teaching is applied to build a trinity of online and offline teaching mode for school teachers,enterprise teachers and students,strengthen the connection between industry and teaching,deepen the cooperation between enterprises and schools,and improve students'sensitivity to industry development,so as to achieve the goal of integration of industry and education.
