摘要
受疫情和内外环境的影响,南充及周边不少制造类企业困难重重,举步维艰。通过数字化转型开展智能制造纾困时,却遇到人才短缺等问题。对此,南充职业技术学院装备制造专业集聚优势资源,组建智能制造专业群,通过重构专业群课程体系、校企联合开发课程、建设高水平师资队伍、打造高水平实训基地等举措培养人才。近几年的教学实践表明:学生就业率高,用人单位反映好,人才培养质量高,有助于缓解智能制造人才短缺的问题。
Affected by the epidemic situation and the internal and external environment,many manufacturing enterprises in Nanchong and its surrounding areas are facing difficulties.When carrying out intelligent manufacturing through digital transformation,we encountered problems such as talent shortage.In this regard,the equipment manufacturing specialty of Nanchong Vocational and Technical College gathers superior resources,establishes an intelligent manufacturing specialty group,and cultivates talents by restructuring the specialty group curriculum system,jointly developing courses between schools and enterprises,building a high-level teaching team,creating a high-level training base,and other measures.The teaching practice in recent years shows that the high employment rate of students,the high feedback from employers and the high quality of talent training are conducive to alleviating the problem of talent shortage in intelligent manufacturing.
