摘要
劳动教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,对小学生身心健康发展起着积极推动作用。但目前遂宁市小学生劳动教育中存在认知与行为偏差、教育内容窄化、教育资源匮乏、实施途径单一、评价体系缺失等问题。这些问题的解决需要学校与社会的合作,教育部门需要做好劳动教育的保障工作,加强劳动教育制度建设和监管力度;学校要完善劳动教育课程体系和建立高素质的劳动教育师资队伍。
Labor education is an important part of quality education and plays a positive role in promoting the healthy physical and mental development of elementary school students.However,there are some problems in labor education for elementary school students in Suining,such as cognitive and behavioral bias,narrow educational content,lack of educational resources,single way of implementation,and lack of evaluation system.The solution of these problems requires the cooperation between schools and society;the education department needs to do a good job in guaranteeing labor education and strengthen the construction and supervision of labor education system;schools need to improve the labor education curriculum system and establish a high-quality labor education teacher team.
