乡村振兴战略中文化建设的现状与对策研究——以四川省遂宁市为例

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Cultural Construction in Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Suining City,Sichuan Province as an Example

文化建设是全面推进乡村振兴的重要内容,加强乡村文化建设有为乡村产业延链赋能、为乡村生态留住乡味、为乡村治理校准规范、为全面振兴凝心聚力等重要价值。但目前乡村文化建设中存在基层政府重视不够、村民参与热情不高等问题,针对这些问题,本文通过对四川省遂宁市的深入调查与研究,提出强化责任落实、构建工作共建共享格局、聚合发展要素、加强产品供给、打造文化品牌等对策。

Cultural construction is an important part of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Strengthening rural cultural construction has important values such as empowering the extension of rural industries,retaining rural flavor for rural ecology,calibrating norms for rural governance,and consolidating cohesion for comprehensive revitalization.However,there are currently issues in rural cultural construction that cannot be ignored,such as insufficient attention from grassroots governments and low enthusiasm for villagers'participation.In response to these problems,this paper,through in-depth investigation and research in Suining City,Sichuan Province,proposes countermeasures such as strengthening responsibility implementation,building a shared pattern of work,aggregating development factors,strengthening product supply,and building cultural brands.
