松脂酸钠引气剂对混凝土抗冻性能的影响研究

摘要 为了探究不同掺量松脂酸钠引气剂对混凝土抗冻性的影响,采用C40混凝土,设置不同掺量(0.0%、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)的松脂酸钠引气剂与硅酸盐水泥、砂、石子等材料制作混凝土试件,分批次制作并按标准养护法养护。通过快速冻融试验,对冻融过程中混凝土动弹性模量、抗压性能、质量损失率进行分析,结果发现:掺入松脂酸钠引气剂能够提高混凝土的抗冻性和抗压强度,当松脂酸钠引气剂掺量为0.3%时,混凝土的抗冻抗压性最佳。 In order to explore the effect of sodium rosinate entrainment agent with different dosages on the frost resistance of concrete,C40 concrete was prepared,and sodium rosinate entrainment agent with different proportions(0.0%,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%)was prepared together with Portland cement,sand,stone and other materials to make concrete specimens,which were made in batches and cured according to the standard curing method.Through rapid freeze-thaw test,the results of dynamic elastic modulus,compressive performance and mass loss of concrete during the freeze-thaw process show that the incorporation of sodium rosinate entrainment agent can improve the frost resistance and compressive resistance of concrete,and when the amount of sodium rosinate entrainment agent is 0.3%,the frost and compressive resistance of concrete is the best.
