摘要
针对混凝土预制构件粗糙面水洗露骨料工艺处理中引起的水污染、降低生产效率及水洗露骨料质量不稳定等问题,自行设计、制作一种模拟水洗露骨料粗糙面效果的仿水洗粗糙面胶膜,对比了仿水洗胶膜制作的粗糙面与水洗、拉毛等粗糙面的粘结强度、抗折强度、拉拔力,在此基础上进一步对比仿水洗与水洗模拟构件结合面的拉拔强度。结果表明:仿水洗粗糙面的粘结强度为1.87MPa,与水洗露骨料的粘结强度1.91MPa相近。在预制构件的应用方面,仿水洗粗糙面胶膜生产工艺简单、胶膜重复性好、粗糙面质量稳定,可以解决水洗粗糙面工艺中的水污染问题,同时减少构件冲洗环节,提高构件生产效率及质量。
In response to the problems of water pollution,reduces production efficiency,and unstable quality of water washed aggregates caused by the treatment of rough surfaces of precast concrete components using water washed aggregates,a simulated water washed rough surface adhesive film designes and manufactures to simulate the effect of water washed aggregates on rough surfaces.The adhesive strength,flexural strength,and tensile strength of the rough surface produced by the simulated water washed adhesive film compares with those of rough surfaces such as water washed and roughened surfaces.On this basis,a further comparison makes between the tensile strength of the interface between simulated water washed and simulated water washed components.The results show that the bonding strength of the simulated water washed rough surface was 1.87 MPa,which was similar to the bonding strength of 1.91 MPa of the water washed exposed bone material.In terms of the application of prefabricated components,the production process of imitation water washed rough surface adhesive film is simple,the adhesive film has good repeatability,and the rough surface quality is stable,thereby solving the water pollution problem in the water washed rough surface process,reducing the component washing process,and improving the production efficiency and quality of components.
