温州国家农业科技园区高质量发展对策研究

Research on High-Quality Development Strategies for Wenzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park

党的二十大报告擘画了全面推进乡村振兴、加快建设农业强国的新蓝图,国家农业科技园区肩负着以农业科技要素集聚引领示范带动区域农业产业高质量发展的历史使命。为进一步发挥国家农业科技园区引领示范作用,赋能农业高质量发展,笔者对温州国家农业科技园区的建设发展情况进行调研,查找分析园区发展中存在的问题,针对问题提出了集聚升级科技创新支撑平台、培育创新型农业企业、建立种子种苗产业创新共同体、引进培养优秀复合型人才等促进温州国家农业科技园区高质量发展的对策,以期为温州市农业科技园区建设及农业产业化发展提供参考。

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has outlined a new blueprint for comprehensively promoting rural vitalization and accelerating the construction of a agricultural powerhouse.National agricultural science and technology parks have the historical mission of gathering agricultural science and technology elements to lead and demonstrate the high-quality development of regional agricultural industry.In order to further play the role of national agricultural science and technology parks leading demonstration,empowering the high-quality development of agriculture,this paper investigates the construction and development of Wenzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park,looks for and analyzes the problems in the development of the park,and puts forward countermeasures to promote the high-quality development of Wenzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park by gathering and upgrading the support platform for scientific and technological innovation,fostering innovative agribusinesses,establishing the innovation community of the seedling industry,and introducing and cultivating excellent composite talents,with a view to providing references for the construction of Wenzhou National Agricultural Science and Technology Park and the development of agricultural industrialization.
