精细化管理提升国家自然科学基金申请项目质量——以北京市农林科学院为例

Refined Management to Improve the Quality of National Natural Science Foundation of China Project Application,Taking Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an Example

国家自然科学基金是我国支持基础研究的重要渠道,对于科研单位的学科建设、人才培养、学科竞争力培育等具有重要意义。文章以北京市农林科学院为例,对2011—2022年的申请和资助数据、项目类别与学科分布、项目负责人等情况进行分析,总结了北京市农林科学院国家自然科学基金精细化管理措施,并从促进优势学科和新兴交叉学科共同发展、提升国际合作和区域创新水平、完善院内项目人才培育体系、加强全过程和成果管理等方面提出了进一步提升国家基金管理工作水平的建议。

The National Natural Science Foundation of China is an important channel for supporting basic research in China,and is of great significance to the discipline construction,talent training,and discipline competitiveness cultivation of scientific research institutes.Taking the Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,this paper analyzes the application and funding data,project categories and discipline distribution,and project leaders from 2011 to 2022,summarizes the refined management measures of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,and puts forward suggestions to further improve the management of the National Fund from the aspects of promoting the common development of advantageous disciplines and emerging interdisciplinary disciplines,improving the level of international cooperation and regional innovation,improving the cultivation system of project talents in the institute,and strengthening the management of the whole process and achievements.
