摘要
国内许多科研院所规范科研管理,对大型仪器实行开放共享,不仅充分利用了大型仪器,提高了仪器的使用率,扩大了应用领域,而且避免了设备重复投入,收益显著。文章分析了目前国内外科研单位在大型仪器共享管理上的一些做法,结合依托于江苏省农业科学院兽医研究所建设的农业农村部兽用生物制品工程技术重点实验室运行实践,从组织体系、信息化建设、考核评估机制和人员激励机制等方面分析了目前存在的问题,并提出了建立仪器培训常态化机制、让学生参与仪器共享管理、优化实验技术人员职业发展路径等加强大型仪器共享管理的建议。
Many domestic scientific research institutes standardize scientific research management and implement open sharing of largescale instruments,which not only optimizes the use of large-scale instruments,improves the utilization rate of instruments and expands the field of application,but also avoids the duplication of investment in the instruments with significant benefits.The article analyzes some practices of domestic and foreign research institutes in large-scale instrument sharing management,combining with the operation practice of the Key Laboratory of Veterinary Biological Products Engineering Technology of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,which is constructed in the Veterinary Research Institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,analyzes the current problems in terms of the organizational system,informatization construction,appraisal and assessment mechanism,and incentive mechanism for the personnel and puts forward the recommendations to strengthen the sharing management of large-scale instruments by establishing a normalized mechanism for instrument training,allowing students to participate in the management of instrument sharing and optimizing the career paths of the experimental technicians.
