农业科研单位青年科技人才成长瓶颈及解决路径研究——以江苏省农业科学院为例 被引量:6

摘要 青年科技人才是国家战略人才力量的源头活水,加强对青年科技人才成长瓶颈及解决路径的研究,对于激发青年科技人才创新活力、推动科研单位事业高质量发展具有重要作用。文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,在系统分析青年科技人才工作举措以及成长瓶颈的基础上,从引导树立正确科研价值观、构建全链条式青年科技人才发展路径、提供展示机会与平台等方面提出了破解青年科技人才成长瓶颈的路径,以期为全国同类型单位加强青年科技人才培养提供借鉴。 Young scientific and technological talents are the source of national strategic talents,and strengthening the research on the growth bottlenecks and solution paths of young scientific and technological talents plays an important role in stimulating the innovation vitality of young scientific and technological talents and promoting the high-quality development of scientific research institutes.The article takes Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,and based on systematic analysis of young scientific and technological talents'work initiatives as well as growth bottlenecks,it puts forward paths to break through the growth bottlenecks of young scientific and technological talents in terms of guiding the establishment of correct scientific research values,constructing a whole-chain young scientific and technological talents'development paths,and providing opportunities and platforms for displaying,with a view to providing a reference for the same kind of institutes across the country to strengthen the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents.
