响应面法优化双柏散中总黄酮的超声波萃取工艺

摘要 目的 优化双柏散中总黄酮超声波萃取工艺。方法 以总黄酮提取率为评价指标,采用响应面法优化超声波萃取中乙醇浓度、液料比、超声温度及超声频率。结果 确定超声波萃取条件为乙醇浓度62%、液料比25、超声温度54℃,总黄酮提取率为8.8%。结论 该方法稳定、可靠、准确,可用于双柏散中总黄酮超声波萃取。 Objective To optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of total flavonoids from Shuangbai Powder. Methods Response surface methodology (RSM) was used to optimize ethanol concentration, liquid-solid ratio, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic frequency in ultrasonic extraction. Results The extraction conditions were determined as follows: ethanol concentration of 62 %, liquid-solid ratio of 25, ultrasonic temperature of 54 ℃. The total flavone extraction rate reached 8.8 %. Conclusion The method is stable, reliable and accurate, and can be used for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Shuangbai Powder.
