彝药野拔子的化学成分研究

摘要 目的研究唇形科香薷属植物野拔子(Elsholtzia rugulosa)的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱法进行分离和纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定结构。结果从乙醇提取物中分离得到了6个化合物,结构分别鉴定为:豆甾醇(Ⅰ)、perilloxin(Ⅱ)、熊果酸(Ⅲ)、乌苏酸内酯(Ⅳ)、2α,3α,19α-三羟基熊果酸(Ⅴ)、白桦脂酸(Ⅵ)。结论化合物Ⅱ和Ⅳ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Elsholtzia rugulosa.Methods The compounds from Elsholtzia rugulosa were isolated by various column chromatography.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods.Results Six compounds were isolated from Elsholtzia rugulosa,and identified as stigmasterol(I),perilloxin(II),ursolic acid(III),ursolic acid lactone(IV),2α,3α,19α-trihydroxyursolic acid(V)and betulinic acid(VI).Conclusion compounds II and IV were isolated from Elsholtzia genus for the first time,and compound V was isolated from Elsholtzia rugulosa for the first time.
