药食同源中药材玉竹功能成分甾体皂苷的研究进展

Research Progress on Stereoidal Saponins in Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma Served as Food and Herbal Medicine

玉竹为药食两用资源,甾体皂苷是玉竹中一类主要生物活性成分。玉竹不同品种和同一品种不同生长时期其甾体皂苷含量有一定变化。至今已从玉竹中分离鉴定了80多种甾体皂苷,主要分为螺甾烷类、呋甾烷类和胆甾烷类,已发现其具有抗氧化、增强免疫、抗肿瘤、抑菌和抗病毒等药理活性。目前对其生物利用、深加工产品开发等方面明显不足,应加强相关研究,推动玉竹的开发利用和产业发展。

Steroidal saponins are one kind of main bioactive components of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma,which can be served as food and medicine resources.Their contents in different varieties or at different growth stages of the same variety of this plant changed to some extent.Up to now,more than 80 steroid saponins have been isolated and identified from this plant,mainly including spirostanes,furostanes and cholestanes.They have been found to have antioxidant,immune-enhancing,anti-tumor,antimicrobial and antiviral activities.At present,there are obvious deficiencies in its biological utilization,development of deep-processing products,and other aspects.Relevant research should be strengthened to promote the development,utilization,and industrial development of Polygonati Odorati Rhizoma.
