褐藻多糖促进代谢健康的研究进展

Research Progress on Promotional Effects of Seaweed Polysaccharides on Metabolic Health

我国居民超重肥胖问题凸显。肥胖常伴随多种代谢异常,是代谢综合征、2型糖尿病、高血压症、高血脂症、心脑血管疾病等的高危因素,严重危害人类健康。海藻提取物褐藻酸和岩藻多糖具有抗肥胖和代谢调节等功效,具有较高的研究和临床应用价值。本文介绍了褐藻酸和岩藻多糖促进代谢健康作用的研究进展,以冀为褐藻多糖的深入研究与开发提供参考。

The rapid increase in obesity over the past few decades in China cannot be effectively controlled.Obesity is often accompanied with multiple metabolic disorders,thus can increase the risk of a wide array of chronic diseases,such as metabolic syndrome,type 2 diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular diseases.Seaweed extracts,fucoidan and alginate,have been extensively studied and proven to have anti-obesity and metabolic regulative effects,thus can offer high research and clinical application value.This article introduces the research progress on the anti-obesity and metabolic health-promoting effects of fucoidan and alginate,aiming to provide scientific references for further research.
