中药药浴联合养血解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血燥证患者的效果

Effects of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with Yangxue Jiedu decoction in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood dryness syndrome

目的:观察中药药浴联合养血解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血燥证患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月该院收治的80例寻常型银屑病患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各40例。对照组给予养血解毒汤治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合中药药浴治疗,比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血清炎性因子[白细胞介素(IL)-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)]水平、皮肤病生命质量指数(DLQI)评分和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分、VAS评分、IL-6水平、TNF-α水平、INF-γ水平和DLQI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药药浴联合养血解毒汤治疗寻常型银屑病血燥证患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低中医证候积分、VAS评分、血清炎性因子水平和DLQI评分,效果优于单纯养血解毒汤治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with Yangxue Jiedu decoction in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood dryness syndrome.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.They were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group was treated with Yangxue Jiedu decoction,while the study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath on the basis of that of the control group.The efficacy,the TCM syndrome score,the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the serum inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-6,tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,γ interferon(IFN-γ)]levels,the skin disease quality of life index(DLQI)score,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.50%,which was significantly higher than 70.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the VAS score,the IL-6 level,the TNF-α level,the INF-γ level and the DLQI score of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with Yangxue Jiedu decoction in the treatment of the psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood dryness syndrome can improve the total effective rate of treatment,reduce the TCM syndrome score,the pain VAS score,the serum inflammatory factor levels and the DLQI scores.Moreover,it is superior to single Yangxue Jiedu decoction treatment.
