sPD-L1、TRIM26、FBXW7水平与脑胶质瘤术后复发的相关性分析

摘要 目的:分析可溶性程序性死亡受体-配体1(sPD-L1)、三结构域蛋白26(TRIM26)、F框/WD-40域蛋白7(FBXW7)与脑胶质瘤术后复发的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年2月该院收治的80例脑胶质瘤患者的临床资料,设为研究组,另选取同期80名健康体检者,设为对照组。研究组均行脑胶质瘤切除术治疗,随访6个月后,脑胶质瘤术后复发21例。比较两组和不同病理特征患者术前、术后1个月血清s PD-L1、TRIM26、FBXW7水平,并采用Spearman相关性分析血清sPD-L1、TRIM26、FBXW7水平与脑胶质瘤术后复发的相关性及预测效能。结果:术后1个月,研究组血清sPD-L1、TRIM26 mRNA水平高于对照组,FBXW7水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,未复发患者血清sPD-L1、TRIM26 mRNA水平低于复发患者,FBXW7水平高于复发患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清sPD-L1、TRIM26 mRNA水平与脑胶质瘤术后复发均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05);血清FBXW7水平与脑胶质瘤术后复发呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05);术后1个月,受试者工作曲线(ROC)分析结果显示,血清sPD-L1、TRIM26、FBXW7水平单项及联合检测预测脑胶质瘤术后复发的AUC分别为0.721、0.799、0.787、0.920,其中联合检测的预测价值最高。结论:血清sPD-L1、TRIM26mRNA与脑胶质瘤术后复发呈正相关,血清FBXW7与脑胶质瘤术后复发呈负相关;血清sPD-L1、TRIM26、FBXW7单项检测在脑胶质瘤术后复发中的预测价值一般,联合检测在脑胶质瘤术后复发中的预测价值最高。 Objective:To analyze correlation of soluble programmed cell death-ligand 1(sPD-L1),tripartite motif protein 26(TRIM26),F-box/WD-40 domain protein 7(FBXW7)and postoperative recurrence of glioma.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with glioma admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as study group.At the same time,80 healthy volunteers who underwent physical examination in this hospital were selected and set as control group.The study group was treated with glioma resection.After a follow-up of 6 months,there were 21 cases of postoperative recurrence of glioma.The levels of serum sPD-L1,TRIM26 and FBXW7 were compared between the two groups and among the patients with different pathological features before and 1 month after the surgery.The levels of serum sPD-L1,TRIM26 and FBXW7 in the patients with different pathological features were compared.Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation and the predictive efficacy of serum sPD-L1,TRIM26 and FBXW7 levels and the postoperative recurrence of glioma the patients.Results:1 month after the surgery,the levels of serum sPD-L1 and TRIM26 mRNA in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the level of FBXW7 was lower than that in the co ntrol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after the surgery,the levels of serum sPD-L1 and TRIM26 mRNA in the patients without recurrence were lower than those in the patients with recurrence,the level of FBXW7 was higher than that in the patients with recurrence,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum sPD-L1 and TRIM26 mRNA levels were positively correlated with the postoperative recurrence of glioma(r>0,P<0.05),and the serum FBXW7 level was negatively correlated with the postoperative recurrence of glioma(r<0,P<0.05).1 month after the surgery,the receiver operating curve(ROC)analysis showed that the AUCs of single and combined detection of serum sPD-L1,TRIM26 and FBXW7 levels in the diagnosis of postoperative recurrence of glioma were 0.721,0.799,0.787 and 0.920,separately,and the predictive value of combined detection was the highest.Conclusions:The serum sPD-L1 and TRIM26 mRNA are positively correlated with the postoperative recurrence of glioma,and the serum FBXW7 is negatively correlated with the postoperative recurrence of glioma.The predictive value of single detection of serum sPD-L1,TRIM26 and FBXW7 in the postoperative recurrence of glioma is fair,and the predictive value of combined detection is the highest.
