综合护理在门诊慢性咳嗽患儿中的应用效果

Application effects of comprehensive nursing in children with chronic cough in outpatient department

目的:综合护理在门诊慢性咳嗽患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年12月该院门诊收治的96例慢性咳嗽患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组护理依从性、护理前后症状评分和家长满意度。结果:观察组护理依从性为95.83%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组症状评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家长满意度为93.75%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理应用于门诊慢性咳嗽患儿,可提高患儿护理依从性,减轻其临床症状,进而提高家长满意度,其效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive nursing in children with chronic cough in outpatient department.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 96 children with chronic cough admitted to the outpatient department of the hospital from January 2019 to December 2020.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received the comprehensive nursing.The nursing compliance,the symptom scores before and after the nursing,and the parents’satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing compliance of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 81.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the parents’satisfaction in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 77.08% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The comprehensive nursing in the children with chronic cough in the outpatient department can improve the nursing compliance of the children,reduce their clinical symptoms,and improve the parents’satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to the routine nursing.
