地物光谱仪标准化测量辅助手柄的研制 被引量:1

摘要 地物光谱仪是一种用于测量地物发射和反射光谱特性的仪器,它可以测量地物发射和反射出的光谱信息,广泛应用于遥感测量、农作物监测、森林研究、海洋学研究等各领域。由于仪器设计的原因,目前地物光谱仪的使用存在测量角度和范围的偏差、采集终端与集成化程度低、不适合长期握持等问题,造成一定程度的数据采集困难和准确度下降。对此,研发了一套地物光谱仪标准化测量辅助手柄。设备控制采用C++语言编制的多线程程序,具有简化程序结构、提高响应速度和执行效率的优点;界面程序采用H5编制,可以实现复杂的交互和动画等功能,具有成本低和跨平台的优点;采集系统选用ARM架构的单片机作为系统控制中心配合设计的异性电路板,最大程度地缩减了设备体积;传输系统使用wifi技术传输到终端。通过角度测试,表明辅助手柄能维持角度的精度,稳定性高。通过视场域测试,30条实验数据与1条标准数据作对比,实验数据偏离标准值均在2%内,说明视场域设置正确。研发的辅助手柄符合人体工学设计,集成化程度和自动化程度高,提高了数据采集的规范性和准确性,同时提高学科内光谱数据比较的可能性。 Ground object spectrometer is a kind of instrument used to measure the spectral characteristics of ground objects emitted and reflected.It can measure the spectral information emitted and reflected by ground objects.It is widely used in remote sensing survey,crop monitoring,forest research,oceanography research and other fields.Due to the reason of instrument design,there are some problems in the use of ground object spectrometer,such as deviation of measuring angle and range,low acquisition terminal and integration degree,and unsuitable for long-term holding.These problems have caused a certain degree of difficulty in data acquisition and accuracy decline.To this end,a standardized measurement auxiliary handle for ground object spectrometers was developed.The device was controlled by C++multithreaded program,which has the advantages of simplifying program structure,improving response speed and execution efficiency.The interface program was compiled by H5,which can realize complex interaction and animation,and has the advantages of low cost and cross-platform.The acquisition system used ARM architecture single chip microcomputer as the system control center to cooperate with the design of the opposite circuit board,which minimized the volume of the equipment to the greatest extent.The transmission system used wifi technology to transmit to the terminal.The angle test showed that the auxiliary handle can maintain the angle accuracy and high stability.Through the field of view testing,30 experimental datas were compared with 1 standard data,and the deviation of experimental data from the standard value was all within 2%,indicating that the field of view was set correctly.The auxiliary handle developed in this research conforms to the ergonomic design,has a high degree of integration and automation,thus can improve the normalization and accuracy of data collection,and improve the comparison possibility of spectral data within the discipline.
