岩溶区水资源利用综合评价——以贵州省为例

摘要 水资源的储备和利用程度极大地影响着人类社会的可持续发展。综合考虑水资源在供水、社会、经济、生态环境4个方面的问题,对水资源利用风险评价的主要控制因素进行层次划分;结合突变评价法,建立水资源利用综合风险评价模型;并应用该评价模型,对典型岩溶区贵州省2008-2015年的水资源利用状况进行风险等级划分。结果表明,贵州省2008-2015年水资源利用综合风险值处于0.7778~0.9508,水资源利用风险等级属于中险~特险,且风险值由大到小排序为:2009>2010>2008>2011>2013>2012>2015>2014。该评价结果与实际情况相符,研究成果可为区域水资源的开发和利用提供理论依据。 The reserve and utilization of water resources greatly affect the development of human society.This paper comprehensively considers the four aspects of water resources in the aspects of water supply,society,economy and ecological environment.It divides the main control factors of water resources utilization risk assessment,then establishes a comprehensive risk assessment model for water resources utilization based on the mutation evaluation method.And this evaluation model is used to classify the risk utilization of water resources utilization in Guizhou province from 2008 to 2015.The results show that the comprehensive risk value of water resources utilization in Guizhou province from 2008 to 2015 is between 0.7778 and 0.9508,and the water resource utilization risk level belongs to the middle to the special insurance,and the risk value is ranked from large to small:2009>2010>2008>2011>2013>2012>2015>2014.The evaluation result is consistent with the actual situation,and its research can provide certain reference value for the development and utilization of regional water resources.
