有压+无压泄水形式在福溪水库防洪能力提升中的应用

摘要 为充分发挥水库的防洪作用,浙江省乐清市开展了水库防洪能力提升专题研究。经过论证,福溪水库可通过增设泄放洞作为水库的预泄设施,从而提升水库安全度和防洪能力。泄放洞由新旧洞子结合而成,首部新开龙抬头,后部利用原导流洞,断面、底坡变化较多,水流能否平顺衔接是一个关键问题。新建泄放洞采用进口有压短洞+无压洞的形式泄水,经计算,洞内水流可平顺衔接,洞内流态满足要求。新建泄放洞在充分利用原导流洞的基础上,提升水库预泄能力,研究成果可为类似工程提供参考。 In order to give full play to the flood control function of the reservoir,Yueqing city has carried out a special study on the improvement of the flood control capacity of the reservoir.After demonstration,the Fuxi reservoir can increase the safety and flood control capacity of the reservoir by adding a discharge tunnel as a pre-discharge facility.The discharge tunnel is composed of old and new holes.The head is a new opening,and the end uses the original diversion hole.The cross section and bottom slope change greatly.Whether the water flow can be smoothly connected is a key issue.The newly-built discharge tunnel adopts the form of pressure short hole at the inlet and no pressure hole for water discharge.After calculation,the water flow in the hole can be smoothly connected,and the flow state in the tunnel meets the requirements.On the basis of making full use of the original diversion tunnel,the newly built discharge tunnel can improve the pre-discharge capacity of the reservoir,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
