Several Problems and Solutions for Ecological Environment Monitoring in the New Development Stage

“十四五”时期,中华人民共和国在第一个百年奋斗目标的基础上迎来了一个崭新的五年。在这五年里,中华民族迎来了一个崭新的历史性机遇,中华民族正走向更加繁荣昌盛的未来。基于人们生态环境保护意识的日益增强,以及对“减污降碳”“真、准、全”执行情况的认识,可以清楚地看到,当前的生态环境监测工作仍然有待改进,尤其是在职能转变、“减污降碳”“真、准、全”的落实上,还有很大的改进空间。因此,相关工作人员应该按照“减污降碳”“真、准、全”的思想,结合当前的社会经济状况,努力推进生态环境监测的现代化,从而促进社会的可持续发展。

During the 14th Five Year Plan period,on the basis of the fi rst centenary goal of the People's Republic of China,a new fi ve year has been ushered in.During this fi ve year period,the Chinese nation has ushered in a new historical opportunity,and is taking new steps towards a more prosperous future.After understanding the increasing sense of responsibility for the ecological environment in the current society and the implementation of"pollution reduction and carbon reduction"and"true,accurate,and comprehensive"measures,it is clear that there is still room for improvement in the current ecological environment monitoring,especially in the implementation of functional transformation,“pollution reduction and carbon reduction”,and"true,accurate,and comprehensive"measures.Therefore,efforts should be made to promote the modernization of ecological environment monitoring in accordance with the ideas of"pollution reduction and carbon reduction","truth,accuracy,and comprehensiveness",and in combination with the current socio-economic situation,in order to promote sustainable development of society.
