本文通过明确饮用水源保护区划定原则,分析保护区划定方案存在的问题,并总结饮用水水源保护区现存的环境管理问题,提出完善政策保障体系、加强基础设施建设、强化监测体系及风险防控、提升水源保护区风险防控等建议,旨在为推进饮用水水源保护管理工作提供参考。

This paper clarifying the principle of demarcation of drinking water source protection areas,analyzing the problems existing in the demarcation plan of drinking water source protection areas,summarizing the existing environmental management problems in drinking water source protection areas,the paper proposes suggestions on improving the policy guarantee system,strengthening infrastructure construction,strengthening the monitoring system and risk prevention and control,and improving the risk prevention and control of water source protection areas,in order to provide reference for promoting the protection and management of drinking water sources.
