摘要
为了提高烟幕防御系统的安全性、可靠性和智能化程度,采用总线网络拓扑结构与协议编码可寻址方式,设计了基于CAN总线可寻址远距离多点点火网络系统,开展了系统的500 m远距离可寻址功能、电性能测试和系统点火试验。结果表明:智能点火器输入线缆每增加45 m,线缆电压损耗为5.389 mV·m^(-1),线缆压降增加1.34%,输出电压幅度降低2.95%;随着系统输入电压升高,智能点火器充电电压升高,放电电压增大,5 A和10 A电流对应的放电脉宽增大。系统能实现单点可寻址点火和多点可寻址延迟点火功能,为烟幕防御系统的智能点火方式设计与应用提供依据。
In order to improve the safety,reliability and intelligence of the smokescreen defense system,a long-distance multi-point ignition network system based on CAN bus was designed by using the bus network topology structure and protocol coding addressable mode.The 500meter distance addressable function test,electrical performance tests and ignition tests of the system were carried out.The results show that when the input cable of the intelligent igniter is increased by 45m,the cable voltage loss is 5.389 mV/m,the cable voltage drop is increased by 1.34%,and the output voltage range is decreased by 2.95%.With the increase of the system input voltage,the charging voltage of the intelligent igniter increases,the discharge voltage increases,and the pulse width corresponding to 5A and 10A current increases.The system can realize single-point addressable ignition and multi-point addressable delayed ignition,which provides a basis for the design and application of intelligent ignition mode of smoke screen defense system.
