射流斜侵彻薄层装药结构数值模拟和试验研究

摘要 为揭示聚能射流以不同法线角侵彻时薄层装药反应装甲中夹层药的起爆和传爆规律,开展了聚能射流斜侵彻薄层装药反应装甲试验,并采用动态有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对侵彻过程进行了数值模拟,分析了夹药层单元反应情况。结果表明:聚能射流在引爆夹层药后,初始爆轰波传播方向与射流侵彻方向相同,且在起爆点周围形成半圆环状死区;随着爆轰增长,爆轰波绕过死区,在药层中继续稳定传播,波阵面呈椭圆形。拟合出某一时刻的爆轰波波阵面曲线公式,得到了法线角对爆轰波波阵面的影响规律:当法线角为0°时,爆轰波波阵面呈圆形;随着角度增大,波阵面变成椭圆形;法线角55~65°时,爆轰绕射现象使椭圆形长短径位置发生互换,导致夹层药单元全部反应。 In order to reveal the initiation and detonation propagation laws of sandwich charge in the thin layer charge reaction armor when the shaped charge jet penetrates at different normal angles,the oblique penetration tests of shaped charge jet into the thin layer charge reactive armor were carried out.The penetration process was numerically simulated using the dynamic finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the reaction situation of the sandwich layer element was analyzed.The results show that after the shaped charge jet initiates the sandwich charge,the initial detonation wave propagation direction is the same as the jet penetration direction,and a semicircle annular dead zone is formed around the initiation point.With the growth of detonation,the detonation wave bypasses the dead zone,continues to propagate stably in the charge layer,and the wave front is elliptical.The curve formula of detonation wave front at a certain time is fitted,and the influence rule of angle on detonation wave front is obtained:when the normal angle is 0°,the detonation wave front is circular;With the increase of the angle,the wave front becomes elliptical;When the normal angle is 55~65°,the detonation diffraction phenomenon makes the positions of the elliptical long and shortdiameters exchange,leading to the reaction of the entire sandwich propellant unit.
