摘要
某钢铁公司干熄焦(Coke Dry Quenching,CDQ)提升齿轮箱在运行较短时间后出现严重故障,经拆解发现:末级小齿轮轴及其轴承损坏最为严重。为了进一步查明损坏原因,使用KISSsoft软件进行轴承受力及寿命计算,同时,构建三维模型并使用Inventor Nastran软件进行有限元分析(Finite Element Analysis,FEA),确定齿轮箱薄弱环节并针对性地实施了改进设计。经过现场使用对比,改进后的设备性能提升显著。
The main drive gearbox of the coke dry quenching(CDQ)elevator in a steel plant has experi⁃enced serious failure after serving a period of time in service.The process of maintenance shows that the pinion shaft and the bearing of the final stage are most severely damaged.For further research of damage causes,this study will calculate the capacity and life of the bearing by KISSsoft software,and meanwhile build a 3D model of the CDQ elevator gearbox for the finite element analysis(FEA)by using software Inventor Nastran.As a result,the weakness of the structure about the gearbox is identified and the optimization is implemented contrapuntally.According to the comparison before and after maintenance,the improvement effect is obvious.
