摘要
在智能化科技驱动的大环境下,建筑企业涌现出新的组织形式。虚拟团队以其过程呈现信息化的特点形成的新型组织类型,丰富了建筑类企业组织管理方式。本文通过调研建筑工程类项目中成员在团队认同感、领导权威性、团队协调管理、团队沟通有效性和目标实现可行性五个维度,讨论建筑企业构建虚拟团队的管理实践性。本文采用滚雪球抽样方法,向百余名在传统和虚拟团队工作的潜在受访者发送了线上调研问卷。实证研究体现出在不同维度之间的显著差异,彰显出团队成员在传统团队和虚拟团队中工作的优点和缺点。数据表明,构建传统团队(即基于面对面互动的团队)比虚拟团队(即基于在线互动的团队)更适用于建筑行业,传统团队相较虚拟团队在团队认同感、沟通有效性、领导权威和团队协调性方面具有更积极的意义。
In the environment driven by intelligent technology,construction enterprises emerge new organizational forms.Virtual team is a new type of organization formed by the characteristics of informatization in its process,which enriches the organizational management mode of construction enterprises.This paper discusses the management practicability of building virtual teams in construction enterprises by investigating the five dimensions of team identity,leadership authority,team coordination management,team communication effectiveness and goal realization feasibility of members in construction engineering projects.In this paper,a snowball sampling method was used to send online questionnaires to more than 100 potential respondents working in traditional and virtual teams.Empirical studies show significant differences between different dimensions,and emphasize the advantages and disadvantages of team members working in traditional and virtual teams.The data show that building traditional teams(i.e.teams based on face-to-face interaction)is more applicable to the construction industry than virtual teams(i.e.teams based on online interaction),and traditional teams are more positive than virtual teams in terms of team identity,communication effectiveness,leadership authority,and team coordination.
