摘要 为研究植物酵素对茄子产量及品质的影响,采用田间小区试验方法,设置3个试验处理(T1为单施化肥;T2为施用化肥+植物酵素1;T3为施用化肥+植物酵素2),测定茄子生长发育期内的叶面积、叶片SPAD值、果实性状(果长和果粗)、果实产量,以及果实氮、磷、钾、还原糖、维生素C、粗纤维含量等指标。结果表明:化肥+植物酵素配施能促进茄子叶片生长,在茄子采收的前、中、后期,T2的茄子叶面积均高于T1和T3,其中在茄子采收前期,T2的叶面积比T1显著高出了18.22%;在各采收期不同处理间茄子的果实性状和叶片SPAD值差异不显著;化肥与植物酵素配合施用可以增加茄子产量6.84%~11.52%,其中T2的增产效果达到了显著水平;但是化肥与植物酵素配合施用对茄子的果实品质无显著改善效果。 In order to study the effect of plant enzymes on the yield and quality of eggplant,the field plot test method was used to set up three experimental treatments:T1(single application of chemical fertilizer),T2(chemical fertilizer+plant enzyme 1)and T3(chemical fertilizer+plant enzyme 2).The leaf area,SPAD value,fruit characteristics(fruit length and fruit diameter),yield and the change characteristics of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,reducing sugar,vitamin C,crude fiber and other quality indicators of eggplant during the growth period were measured.The results showed that chemical fertilizer combined plant enzyme could promote the growth of eggplant leaves.At the early,middle and late stages of eggplant harvest,the leaf area of T2 was higher than that of T1 and T3,and at the early stage of eggplant harvest,the leaf area of T2 was significantly higher than that of T1 by 18.22%,but the difference of eggplant fruit characters and SPAD was not significant in different treatments at different harvest stages.In addition,the combined application of chemical fertilizer and plant enzyme could increase the yield of eggplant by 6.84%~11.52%,of which the total yield of T2 eggplant was significantly increased,but there was no significant effect on the quality of eggplant fruit.
