武隆区耕地—粮食变化特征及其压力分析

Characteristics of Farmland-grain Change and Its Challenges in Wulong District

摘要 为了指导区域耕地资源的合理利用,运用耕地压力指数、粮食生产波动指数和土地资源承载力指数等指标,对武隆区耕地—粮食资源变化特征及其压力进行了系统分析。结果表明:1999—2021年,武隆区耕地资源减少了约17.8%,但粮食总产量增加了12.5%;武隆区与重庆地区的耕地生产力水平差距由1999—2007年的2.47倍缩小至2008—2021年的1.52倍,耕地压力指数K400基本上在0.93以上,处于耕地压力临界状态;土地资源承载力指数均值为0.954,82.61%的年份处于人粮平衡状态。鉴于此,应该结合武隆区耕地结构以坡地为主的特征,通过加大高标准农田建设、整体提升农田水利设施等措施,缓解耕地—粮食资源压力,促进区域的可持续和高质量发展。 In order to guide the rational utilization of regional cultivated land resources,the cultivated land pressure index,the grain production fluctuation index and the cultivated land-grain-population carrying capacity index were used to analyze the changes of cultivated land and food resources and its challenges.The results show that from 1999 to 2021,cultivated land resources decreased by about 17.8%,but the total grain output increased by 12.5%.The gap of cultivated land productivity between Wulong District and Chongqing has narrowed from 2.47 times during 1999~2007 to 1.52 times during 2008~2021,and the pressure index of cultivated land value K400 has been over 0.93,which has been critical state of cultivated land pressure.The average value of land-grain-population carrying capacity index was 0.954,which was balance of grain and population,and there were 82.61%years from 1999 to 2021.Therefore,we should take the characteristics of farmland structure and sloping land,focus on the construction of high-standard farmlands and improve farmland and water conservancy facilities overall areas,which may reduce the pressures of the cultivated land and food resources,and promote regional sustainable and high-quality development.
