生态环境中抗生素耐药性检测及去除方法综述 被引量:2

摘要 由于抗生素在医疗、养殖、农业等行业的过度使用,大量抗生素进入生态环境并引发抗生素耐药性,严重威胁了人类、动物的健康以及生态环境安全。基于国内外研究现状,综述了现有抗生素耐药性的常用检测及去除方法,并就未来的相关研究方向进行了展望,以期为抗生素耐药性的检测及去除相关研究提供参考与借鉴。 Due to the overuse of antibiotic in medical,aquaculture,agriculture and other industries,a large amount of antibiotics entered into the ecological environment and caused the spread of antibiotic resistance in the ecological environment,which seriously threatened the health of humans and animals as well as the safety of the ecological environment.Based on the research status at home and abroad,the existing methods of antibiotic resistance detection and removal were reviewed in this paper.The future research directions were briefly prospected so as to provide reference for the research of antibiotic resistance detection and removal.
