南康家具产业空间分布特征及其转型升级探究

Research on the Spatial Distribution Characteristics and Transformation and Upgrading of Nankang Furniture Industry

以江西南康家具产业为研究对象,从地理信息视角运用GIS空间分析技术,实地调研法与无人机航测技术等,探讨了南康家具产业空间分布特征,分析了疫情背景下其产业发展现状及其转型升级存在的难点,并针对现有产业空间布局、智能设备普及率与企业的转型升级等方面,提出了相应的对策建议。研究表明:1)南康家具产业集群化程度高,但存在品牌影响力不够,缺乏龙头企业引领,智能制造普及率不高,高端技术与管理人才匮乏以及企业环保意识不高等问题;2)南康的家具工厂多数仍为铁皮棚厂房,工作环境较差,且标准家具厂房数量有限,租金等费用较高;3)南康家具产业空间上呈现出南多北少、以城区为中心绕主要交通线路及地势平坦地区的外围式聚集分布格局,虽有零星分散分布的家具工厂但整体上从家具工厂点到产业园区都表现出明显的空间聚类分布特征。

This article takes Jiangxi Nankang furniture industry as the research object,using GIS spatial analysis technology,field survey method,and unmanned aerial vehicle aerial survey technology from the perspective of geographic information,discusses the spatial distribution characteristics of Nankang furniture industry,analyzes the current situation of its industry development and the difficulties in its transformation and upgrading under the background of the epidemic,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the existing industrial spatial layout,the popularity of intelligent equipment,and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.The research shows that:1)Nankang furniture industry has a high degree of clustering,but there are problems such as insufficient brand influence,lack of leading enterprises,low penetration rate of intelligent manufacturing,lack of high-end technology and management talents,and low awareness of environmental protection among enterprises;2)Most of the furniture factories in Nankang are still iron shed factories with poor working conditions,and the limited number of standard furniture factories and high rental costs make it difficult for many factories to settle in the standard industrial park;3)The spatial distribution of Nankang’s furniture industry shows a peripheral clustering pattern,with more in the south and less in the north,with the urban area as the center,surrounding the main transportation lines,and flat terrain.Although there are scattered furniture factories,overall,from the furniture factory site to the industrial park,there is an obvious spatial clustering distribution feature.
