Research on the Construction of Data Unified Application Platform based on Medical Consortium

摘要 目的建立医联体统一的大数据中心,集成医联体管理及医疗相关数据,为医联体成员统一提供数据应用服务。方法围绕应用需求,以及数据所需的时效性,建立不同的采集模式,对数据进行采集、清洗、集成后,形成医联体大数据中心,并为相关医联体应用提供数据服务。结果建立了医联体大数据中心,采集数据量超过270TB,为11家医联体成员提供医联体指标集驾驶舱服务和统一的疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)指标计算服务,为5家医联体成员提供医联体患者全息视图服务,极大地提升了医联体的管理能力和医疗水平。结论以应用为驱动的医联体数据统一应用平台,能够极大地节约医联体管理成本,同时有效推动区域大数据中心建设,提供统一的数据服务。 Objective To establish a unified big data center for medical consortiums,integrating management and medical-related data,and providing data application services for the medical consortium members.Methods Different collection modes were established according to the requirements of the data needed for applications and the timeliness of the data.Data was collected,cleaned,and integrated to form the big data center for medical consortiums,providing data services for related medical consortium applications.Results Through different collection modes,the medical consortium big data center was established,with a data collection volume of over 270TB.The center provided medical consortium indicator set cockpit services and unified DRG indicator calculation services for 11 medical consortium members,and medical consortium patient holographic view services for 5 medical consortium members,greatly improving the management and medical level of the medical consortiums.Conclusion An application-driven unified data application platform for medical consortiums can greatly save the management costs of medical consortiums,and effectively promote the construction of regional big data centers and provide unified data services.
