中国工业危险废物现状调查及利用处置对策

Investigation into the Current Situation of the Utilization and Disposal of Industrial Hazardous Waste in China and Research on Countermeasures

为了了解中国工业危险废物现状,文章统计了《中国生态环境统计年报》中近六年工业危险废物产生与利用处置情况,分析了产生量和利用处置量在不同行业的分布特点。对统计结果进行分析,剖析了现阶段中国危险废物管理存在的不足,就制度体系建设、执法监管、经营产业布局、从业人员等方面,提出了针对性的解决对策。

To figure out the current situation of the utilization and disposal of industrial hazardous waste in China,the paper summarized the production,utilization,and disposal of industrial hazardous waste in the past six years based on the China Ecological Environment Statistics Annual Report,and analyzed the distribution feature of production and utilization and disposal of industrial hazardous waste in different industries.Moreover,based on the analysis of the statistical results,the paper dissected deficiencies in hazardous waste management in China,and provided targeted solutions from the aspects of system construction,law enforcement and supervision,industrial layout,and employees.
