毛细管重力循环柜供热房间的室内热环境试验研究

摘要 毛细管重力循环柜作为一款新型的以自然对流进行冬季供暖的末端设备,其运行特性的研究尚不充分。以上海市某使用毛细管重力循环柜空调末端的办公室为例,采用热电偶配合数据采集仪连续实测8日室内各个高度上的温度、风速,对其冬季室内流场特征进行了研究,并进行了热舒适及节能性评价。研究结果表明:毛细管重力循环柜应对室外气温变化,进行热量调节的性能良好。冬季送风口及回风口风速为0.42 m/s和0.20 m/s,柜前0.5 m之外的房间风速低于0.20 m/s。室内工作区平均温度为22.8℃~23.8℃,满足Ⅰ级热舒适性要求,温度不均匀系数较小,天花板下方存在蓄热特征。毛细管重力循环柜所在房间工作区冬季节能,但比夏季时能量利用系数EUC低。 As a new type of terminal equipment with natural convection for heating in winter,the research on its operation characteristics is not enough.In this paper,taking an office at the air conditioning end of a capillary gravity circulation cabinet in Shanghai as an example,the temperature and wind speed at various indoor heights were measured continuously for 8 days by thermocouple and data acquisition instrument,the characteristics of indoor flow field in winter were studied,and the thermal comfort and energy saving were evaluated.The results show that the capillary gravity circulation cabinet has good performance of heat regulation to deal with the change of outdoor temperature.In winter,the air velocity at the air supply and return outlets is 0.42 m/s and 0.20 m/s,and the wind velocity in the room 0.5 m away from the front of the cabinet is lower than 0.20 m/s.The average temperature in the indoor working area is 22.8℃~23.8℃,which meets the thermal comfort requirements of level I.The temperature non-uniformity coefficient is small,and there is heat storage under the ceiling.The working area of the room where the capillary gravity circulation cabinet is located is energy-saving in winter,but the energy utilization coefficient E_(UC)is lower than that in summer.
