Objective To integrate data lake and lean operation technology and concepts,support the optimization of hospital operation and management activities,improve the efficiency of resource allocation,resource management and control capabilities,and data-driven decision-making level.Methods By integrating the existing data resources of the hospital into the data lake,the hospital information isolated islands were connected and the management of various operational activities of the hospital was refined and applied.Results The hospital operation management platform based on the data lake architecture promoted the integration of hospital operation data and the integration and cooperation of data business,and realized the cooperation of all factors such as hospital personnel,finance,materials,and comprehensive digital operation.Conclusion The hospital operation management platform based on data lake architecture can effectively meet the requirements of hospital lean operation management concept update and technology iteration,and continuously improve the efficiency and level of hospital operation management.
