目的:随着智慧医院建设的推进,医院运营管理需向精细化、智能化、数字化转型,打破不同业务系统之间的壁垒,使数据在各业务流程中互联互通。方法:数据湖以湖仓一体、流批一体等主流技术为底层架构,形成海量数据进行存储、离线与实时计算、数据处理的一站式技术架构的数据基座。结果:数据湖在保留医疗数据原始特征的同时对接医院各应用系统的结构化、半结构化和非结构化的数据,不同业务系统可通过同一类型数据进行实时关联,极大地提升了数据处理的效率与质量。结论:通过挖掘数据湖多维度的数据价值为医院决策分析提供依据,赋能医院高质量运营管理。

Objective With the advancement of the construction of smart hospitals,hospital operation management needs to be refined,intelligent and digital transformation,and the barriers between different business systems need to be broken,so that data can be interconnected in various business processes.Methods Data lake,by applying its mainstream technologies such as lake-warehouse integration and stream-batch integration as the underlying architecture,has formed the data base of one-stop technical architecture for mass data storage,offline and real-time computing and processing.Results The data lake not only retained the original features of medical data but also interacted with the structured,semi-structured,and unstructured data of various application systems in the hospital.Different business systems could conduct real-time interconnection through the same type of data,which greatly improved the efficiency and quality of data processing.Conclusion It can provide a basis for hospital decision-making analysis and enable high-quality operation and management of hospitals by mining the multi-dimensional data values of data lake.
