摘要
目的:为减轻医院临床数据中心的存储压力,提高系统性能,将临床数据中心的数据进行迁移,只动态保留近两年的数据在线。方法:根据数据归档的实际需要设计归档数据库,利用机器人流程自动化(RPA)技术对临床数据中心的数据进行自动化的迁移归档与删除。结果:归档的临床数据包含了医院1997年系统上线以来的数据,临床数据中心只保留近两年的数据,数据量大幅下降。结论:应用RPA完成数据迁移后的临床数据中心,在相同系统运行环境下其性能得到大幅提升。在这类需要不断重复操作的应用场景,RPA能发挥极大作用。
Objective In order to reduce the storage pressure and improve the system performance of the hospital's clinical data repository,the data were migrated,and only the data of the last two years were kept online dynamically.Methods The archiving database was designed according to the actual needs of data archiving,and the robotic process automation(RPA)technology was used to automatically migrate,archive,and delete the data in the clinical data repository.Results The archived clinical data included the data since the hospital's system went online in 1997,and the clinical data repository only retained data of the last two years,with a significant reduction in data volume.Conclusion The performance of the clinical data repository after applying RPA to complete the data migration has been significantly improved under the same system operating environment.RPA can be extremely useful in such application scenarios that require constant repetitive operations.
