“战略管理”课程思政整体教学设计探研

“战略管理”是工商管理类专业的核心课程,是一门实践性、系统性和理论性较强的综合课程。高校在“战略管理”课程中落实“课程育人”,对实现专业课程与思政课程的同心同向育人目标具有重要意义。文章分析“战略管理”课程思政建设目标,探讨“战略管理”课程思政整体教学设计,并对“战略管理”课程思政实践教学情况进行研究,指出高校要深挖思政元素,精准对接思政教育和知识传授;运用案例汇报、PBL项目等形式,融课程思政于案例教学中;采用各种教学方法,生动体现课程思政元素。

"Strategic management"is a core course in the field of business management,which is a comprehensive course with strong practicality,systematicity,and theory.The implementation of"curriculum education"in the"strategic management"curriculum in universities is of great significance for achieving the goal of educating students in the same direction as professional courses and ideological and political courses.The article analyzes the goals of ideological and political construction in the"strategic management"course,explores the overall teaching design of ideological and political education in the"strategic management"course,and studies the practical teaching situation of ideological and political education in the"strategic management"course.It points out that universities should deeply explore ideological and political elements,accurately connect ideological and political education and knowledge transmission;using case reports,PBL projects,and other forms to integrate course ideology and politics into case teaching;adopting various teaching methods to vividly reflect the ideological and political elements of the curriculum.
