摘要
[目的/意义]将“信息学时刻”引入家庭场景中,致力于探究数字反哺机制,为弥合数字鸿沟、促进代际交流提供建议。[研究设计/方法]招募了20位大学生进行访谈,考察其教授父母使用数字技术的过程,并使用扎根理论进行分析。[结论/发现]揭示了数字反哺的触发机制、具体行为和结果,指出反哺过程中遇到的困难及解决方式。[创新/价值]不再局限于数字反哺的影响因素,而是深入探究数字反哺的过程要素及其相互关系,构建数字反哺机制模型。
[Purpose/Significance]This paper introduces the"Informatics Moments"into the scenario of family,dedicating to explore the mechanism of digital reverse mentoring,and providing suggestions for bridging the digital divide and promoting intergenerational interactions.[Design/Methodology]Twenty college students were recruited for interviews to examine the specific process of teaching their parents to use digital devices and the data analysis was conducted using the grounded theory.[Findings/Conclusion]The triggering mechanism,specific behavior and results of digital reverse mentoring are revealed.The difficulties and their solutions in the process are pointed out.[Originality/Value]This paper is no longer limited to explore the influencing factors,but deeply study the specific elements and their relationships of digital reverse mentoring,and constructs a model of digital reverse mentoring mechanism.
